Our Team

Eric A Weins

President and CEO

Eric is the founder of Weins Development Group and is in charge of deal sourcing and business strategy. Eric’s passion for real estate started in 2003 and he has worked on more than 100 deals of all sizes, and more specifically in residential and mixed-use projects. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and is a member of NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), HBA (Home Builders Association of Metro Denver) and FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation).

Evelyn Pressler Weins

Vice President and CFO

Evelyn is CFO of the Company and is in charge of feasibility analysis, financial modeling, asset management, and legal and accounting aspects of the Company. Evelyn holds a Bacherlor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is also a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado and practices as a CPA.

Bryan Waters

Director Business Development

Bryan is Director of Business Development and has a Bachelor Degree in Business with concentration in Real Estate & Finance. Throughout his career Bryan became affluent in different sales negotiations and strategies as well as construction practices and building techniques. His greatest skill is in communication and building lasting relationships.

Beatriz Badillo

Office Manager

Beatriz is Office Manager and handles the day-to-day administration of the group. Beatriz has more than 10 years experience in managing and assisting in all phases of utility and heavy construction projects. Beatriz is innovative, dependable, and has an honest work ethic. She really is the glue that holds this company together!

Tony Quattrini

Architectural Designer

Tony is the in-house architectural designer. He works closely with both the construction managers as well as the project architects. He helps out with 3d visualization, finishes and designs for various projects. He received his Bachelor’s in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver.

Derek Reiff

Interior Designer

Derek comes to Weins Development working in our Hauss Modern Showroom with experience in kitchen and bath design. He received his degree in interior design from Arapahoe Community College and is very active in the Colorado chapters of ASID and NKBA. When asked what his personal design aesthetic is he says, “Modern Industrial. I love how you can bring raw materials together with clean and simplistic design.”

Briar Sawkins

Interior Designer

Briar completed her interior design training from Colorado State University. Her background focus is largely interior design with some experience in showroom settings. Briar helps to design our amazing, unique interiors while also being in charge of our new Showroom. She has a great eye for design and is always looking out to see what the new trends are.

Toby McKibben


Toby is our finishes specialist. While he is the superintendent for a couple of jobs simultaneously, he specializes in all of the back-end construction from drywall to finishing. He has a background of construction with larger developers, working on track-homes and larger spec-home communities with Tony Rambo. Although he loves working in the city, he lives in and loves his time in the mountains.

Anahi Clouthier

Office Administrator

Anahi is one of the office administrators for the office. She is one of our best support players, assisting everyone in their daily tasks and ultimately making everyone’s job that much easier! Originally from Germany, she came to the U.S a few years back and plans to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Tony Rambo

Construction Manager

Tony has over 20 years experience in the construction industry primarily in community/track-home building. He currently runs multiple jobs simultaneously while also maintaining our budgets, schedules and construction administration. When he’s not working, he spends his spare time with his wife and kids, and rocking out to some of the classics.

Henry Freedman

Construction Manager

Henry has over 37 years of construction experience as framer, sider, paint company manager, safety, warranty and quality control managers, superintendent and over a decade as a project manager. He has experience with LEED, Enterprise Green Communities and HERS. His projects have included single family homes, duplexes, remodels, renovation, multifamily, multiuse and large housing authorities. He has certifications from OSHA, CDOT Erosion Control as Supervisor, HBA Quality Construction Program, Home Owners Warranty Customer Centered Service Program, forklift and platform operator.
